I normally grab myself something warm to drink before bed like lemon, hot water, chamomile tea, and honey. It is very soothing I must say. I snuggle up in bed with a warm blanket, with my dogs Shakes and Sugar snuggled up on my legs, and I dive into different worlds just by opening up a book.
